Servicing of your Lawn Mower Robot can be done at our service centre for a nominal fee of $100.00 or FREE OF CHARGE after purchasing $200.00 of accessories or spare parts.

- Full internal inspection
- Check of all functionalities
If you would like your Robotic Lawn Mower to be serviced with a two day turn around then it is best to pre-book with our service department by calling us on 0424 140 133. Alternatively, you can drop your Robot off and it will be booked for the next available service spot with our skilled technicians. If you prefer to have your mower serviced on site by one of our technicians an additional fee applies, please contact us for details.

Refunds & Return Policy
Robotech Australia is proud to offer a 30-day exchange back guarantee for any item that is deemed defective provided it is returned in its original state. Partial returns will not be accepted. It is the customer responsibility to pay for any return shipping costs and any fees which may be incurred during transit. If an item needs to be returned, you must email email@example.com first and describe the problem. Should a parcel be returned to our facility for whatever reason and a refund is requested, we will be able to refund the total figure minus the postage cost.
